Oniro estate is located a few kilometers outside of Larissa, Greece’s most centrally located city. Visitors can explore our organic garden, relax under the almond trees, and enjoy the tranquility of the landscape. Our guests have the unique opportunity to combine the tranquility of nature with creativity, as personalized pottery experiences are offered during their stay. From working with the soil in the garden to shaping the clay in the pottery studio, a stay here becomes a journey of the senses.

3. Alternative Methods for Firing Ceramics (Open to Everyone)
At Oniro Estate, ceramics become a space for experimentation, curiosity, and discovery. Through alternative firing techniques, we explore the relationship between fire and materials. From building experimental kilns with paper and clay to working with Raku, Obvara, Horsehair, and other distinctive techniques, each process reveals a different expression of the material.
4. Pottery workshops
At the Oniro estate, we organize pottery workshops! Through hands-on pottery activities, participants learn about the art and create handmade objects. The workshops are ideal for groups, creative getaways, and outdoor activities.
5. Educational Visits
The Oniro Ceramics Estate welcomes schools offering educational experiences in nature that combine learning and creating. Students have the opportunity to learn about the art of ceramics in the potter’s studio, work with clay, and discover the process of creating handmade objects.
